A community-wide internet plan is being met with resistance from some homeowners. The plan, known as CentricConnect, will provide internet service throughout the community via a fiber network. It was announced on September 3 that the service would be launched, with initial access being free through the end of 2026.

Beginning January 1, 2027, the service will be included in homeowners' annual assessments, with a monthly charge of $75. Some residents are questioning the mandatory charge, stating they did not choose the service. The proposal was adopted by the HOA Board of Directors on September 1.

Further details about the plan and the community's response are available.
