Houston's Pride parade, which celebrates the city's LGBTQ+ community, has been rescheduled. The event was initially set to take place in early June in downtown Houston. However, it was canceled due to bad weather just a couple of hours before it was supposed to start.

The new date for the parade is August 15. This annual event is meant to bring together the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. Further information about the rescheduled parade can be found through Houston Public Media.
